The Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA) announces the selection of 2022 awardee, Stephanie Anderson, Partner & Managing Director, AlixPartners. She leads AlixPartners' Financial Due Diligence practice and is a senior leader in AlixPartners' Global Investigations Practice and the International Arbitration Practice. In 2015 to 2019, she served as the Dallas Local Market Leader.
Ms. Anderson specializes in financial due diligence, operations, and accounting and corruption investigations. She also serves as an expert witness in international arbitration and litigation matters and has served as a community leader and financial expert on several non-profit boards.
Her operational experience includes serving in an interim CFO role while directing a restatement, finalizing the year-end audit, and resolving an SEC inquiry. She has also had hands-on roles in building and upgrading accounting organizations, improving reporting, budgeting, costing, and forecasting operations, readying organizations for IPOs; and remediating disclosure, corruption, and accounting controls based on findings in investigations.

Ms. Anderson was a founding member of AlixPartners' Diversity Task Force, served as PMD Advisor for AlixPartners' Asian Leadership Insights and Growth Network, and currently serves as Global PMD Advisor for PrideMatters. She has lived and worked in Kuwait, Mexico, and Russia, performing due diligence and post-acquisition services for multinational and private equity companies investing in Russian enterprises.
