Executive leadership coaching

WE SERVE THREE DISTINCT GROUPS OF EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN

  • High level, high potential women from multiple industries, whom we develop and mentor with customized guidance and executive coaching to propel them to sustainable success - one woman at a time

And

  • C level women who are considering transitioning to either another C level role, or a portfolio career of Board Service, Teaching and/or Philanthropy and surround them with a peer network of support and advice propelling them to holistic happiness;

   And

  • When many accomplished women leaders move away from their full time P&L roles, with decades of productive life ahead - there is no sisterhood for them; EWA provides that sisterhood for those role models - who will be mentored as well as have the opportunity to mentor others, and will thrive in a peer sisterhood, with purpose, for the rest of their lives.

  • WE INFLUENCE CORPORATIONS TO IDENTIFY & INVEST IN TALENTED UPPER CAREER AND DIVERSE WOMEN

  • WE ATTRACT EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN ALLIANCE CANDIDATES FROM MULTIPLE INDUSTRIES AND GENERATIONS

Marshall Goldsmith, #1 Global Executive Coach says:

Two decades ago, my friend and colleague, and one of the world's luminaries in Strategic Partnering,  Larraine Segil and I co-wrote a book  called "Partnering, The New Face Of Leadership". Today, EWA uses Larraine's partnering methodology to create a New Face for Mentoring.  I am proud to serve on the EWA Advisory Board and to support the EWA mission.

THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED
WITH LARRAINE SEGIL

Reinvent yourself by learning from Exceptional Women – they took the road less traveled, created opportunities for themselves, learned from failure and setbacks, and continued to rise in their careers. Larraine Segil, CEO of The Exceptional Women Alliance Foundation (EWA) interviews women leaders from business and the public sector as well as men who work with or for them. Their stories are filled with hope, humor, and happiness – tune in.

Women Who Rise

By the time a candidate is pre-screened and invited to apply to EWA, their level of success, gravitas and societal/corporate/community impact has been evaluated. What we look for in the Candidate's Admissions Interview is an attitude of kindness, a spirit of generosity, transparency, a sense of gratitude and a willingness to share one's network for the benefit of the sisterhood.
