Written submission
Applicants write an essay describing how they fulfill the EWA criteria and include their written from the heart and also send their professional resumes and headshots. -
References
Two letters of reference are required from individuals who can substantiate the applicant's character, reputation, professional career. -
Admissions interview
Qualified applicants participate in a Zoom admissions interview. If accepted they are placed in a cohort and allocated a Mentor with attention to strategic fit.
