Larraine Segil
Founder, Chair & CEO, Exceptional Women Alliance Foundation
Built with intention, a community designed to protect what matters.
EWA was founded by Larraine Segil, a globally recognized thought leader in strategic alliances. Over decades of building partnership frameworks, she translated the rigorous logic of alliances into something deeply human: a mentoring system designed to be trusted, reciprocal, and lasting.
EWA is not a networking club, it is an engineered, values‑led community where mentorship becomes a perpetual asset and relationships continue well beyond a single season of career.
“A proprietary, self‑sustaining human system , where mentorship is a perpetual asset.”
A structured circle of support — designed to last.
EWA helps high‑level C-Suite women leaders enrich their professional and personal lives through confidential, peer‑to‑peer mentoring relationships and a sisterhood designed for the long term.

Why EWA exists.
High‑performing women are often expected to “have it handled.” Yet the decisions are complex, the stakes are high, and the space for honest reflection is limited. EWA creates a trusted environment where accomplished leaders can think clearly, be supported, and move forward with confidence — discreetly and sustainably.
Our values.
EWA is built on shared values that protect trust and strengthen relationships over time.
-
Trust and Kindness — strength with humanity
-
Spirit of Generosity — Supporting our foundation's sustainability both financially and culturally
-
Transparency — honest conversation, clearly held
-
Gratitude — grounded perspective
-
Confidentiality — discretion is non‑negotiable
-
Willingness to share expertise — peer value is the currency
Who EWA serves.
A community of C-Suite, high-level women leaders across industries and generations.
EWA supports women with significant responsibility — leaders building, running, advising, or transitioning at the highest levels.
-
C‑suite & board leaders — navigating growth, transition, or portfolio careers
-
One Public Sector Leader Annually — supported where needed
What makes EWA different.
-
Mentoring for life — long‑term relationships, not a one‑time program
-
Structured support — a proprietary framework built for senior realities
-
Values‑based selection — integrity and discretion protect the circle
-
Board, Officers and Mentors are volunteers
-
We are non-political and non-religious
Discreet.
Values-led. Intentional.
