Kelly Crabb, Senior Vice President, Sales, Mainstay, selected as Fall 2022 awardee

The Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA) announces the selection of a Fall 2022 awardee, Kelly Crabb. She is Senior Vice President of Sales for Mainstay, an A.I.-powered engagement platform that leverages behaviorally intelligent, empathetic, and contextually relevant communication to bolster proven student enrollment, retention, and workforce outcomes at scale.


Ms. Crabb has over 18 years of experience partnering with higher education institutions to deliver on the mission of equitable student access, support, and successful transition to the workforce. She has extensive experience leading teams and developing new business partnerships with higher education institutions globally, international governments, and corporate clients to solve market challenges with exceptional results. She has also led teams who deliver professional services and SaaS solutions for clients in the U.S., Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.

Previously, Ms. Crabb served as Vice President of Global Sales for ExamSoft (acquired by Turnitin). Additionally, she has held senior leadership roles in both new partner development and student enrollment for a Wiley Education Services university partner portfolio. She also devotes time to Junior Achievement of the Rockies, a non-profit dedicated to motivating kids for future career success, self-sufficiency and financial acumen.
