Ms. Penczak, a 2023 EWA exceptional woman leader, was selected from thousands of entrepreneurial women applicants in the seventh annual definitive Female Founders 250 list, among household names like Katy Perry, Rebecca Minkoff and Scarlett Johansson.

Ms. Penczak's company Squared Away, offers a team of trusted assistants who span across the nation and is also a proud partner of Hire Our Heroes, a non-profit organization that supports Military Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses in finding meaningful employment. Ms. Penczak leads the organization of 400+ remote executive assistants, composed almost entirely of military spouses.
