The Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA) Announces Selection of Michelle Penczak, CEO and Co-Founder, Squared Away

The Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA) announces that after an expansive search and in-depth interview process, Michelle Penczak, CEO and Co-Founder of Squared Away, was selected into EWA as a 2023 exceptional woman leader.



LOS ANGELES, Feb. 27, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA) announces the selection of Michelle Penczak, CEO and Co-Founder of Squared Away, a team of trusted assistants who span across the nation. Squared Away is a proud partner of Hire Our Heroes, a non-profit organization that supports Military Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses in finding meaningful employment. Ms. Penczak leads the organization of 400+ remote executive assistants, composed almost entirely of military spouses.


In addition to Squared Away, Ms. Penczak is the founder of Savvy Spouse, a job resource site for military spouses, and Michelle Penczak Executive Assisting. With well over a decade of serving as a highly organized and dedicated assistant, and spouse to an MV-22 pilot in the Marine Corps, Ms. Penczak's experiences led to a natural passion for establishing organizations to support her career aspirations while extending to others.
