The Exceptional Women Alliance (EWA) announces the selection of Spring 2023 awardee, Teresa JW Bailey, President, Nashville of Waddell & Associates. Ms. Bailey's journey with the firm began in July 2017, and she quickly rose through the ranks, being appointed as the Director of Development in January 2019, and eventually becoming President of the Nashville operations in 2022.
With over 17 years of experience in the finance industry, Ms. Bailey has established herself as a prominent figure known for her exceptional skills in enriching clients' financial worlds, driving innovation in response to a rapidly changing marketplace, and advocating for women, entrepreneurs, and creatives within the financial services industry.
