The Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation (EWA) announces the selection of Sejal Patel Daswani as a Fall 2022 EWA Awardee and congratulates her on a recent appointment to Chief People Officer for Iterable, a Series E marketing technology company.
As the newly appointed CPO of Iterable, Sejal will lead the People Team, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, DE&I, and People Operations. She will oversee Iterable’s People strategy, support company growth, and drive continued innovation and culture.
Previous to Iterable, Sejal served as Chief Human Resources at a leading, public solar tech company. Sejal has over 20 years of experience as a human resource and corporate innovation executive in the technology, sustainable energy, fintech, and healthcare sectors. Sejal’s expertise in human capital and strategy consulting enables companies to drive strong business results. She has also led large scale M&A activities including due diligence, change management, and cultural and technology integrations.

In addition to working at Fortune 500 companies, Sejal has hands-on experience building start-ups from the ground up, including being part of a human capital consulting venture that is today PwC’s People practice.
Sejal is well versed in working with Board Committees on all key people strategies including compensation, CEO/Board/Talent Succession, ESG, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
Sejal is currently an advisor to PeopleTech Partners and SemperVirens Venture Capital providing thought leadership on Future of Work and HRTech investing and innovation. Sejal earned an MBA/MPA from MIT/Harvard and graduated with a double Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biology and International Affairs from Columbia University.
