Jeri Harman, Founder & Chairman, Avante Capital Partners, selected as a Spring 2022 Alliance

The Exceptional Women Alliance Foundation (EWA) announces that after an expansive search and intensive interview process Jeri Harman, Founder and Chair, Avante Capital Partners, was selected to join the Spring 2022 EWA Cohort.


Jeri Harman is the Founder and Chair of Avante Capital Partners, a 100% women-owned private credit and structured equity fund with over $900 million in assets under management. She also serves as Chairman of NN, Inc. (NNBR, NASDAQ), a diversified industrial company, and as a board member of Engineered Performance Technologies, a private automotive aftermarket consumer products company.


Ms. Harman is an entrepreneur, seasoned executive, and investor who offers expertise in growth, capital markets, management, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to being a powerful leader and advisor, she is a sought-after national speaker at symposiums and conferences.

In January 2016, Ms. Harman was on the cover of Mergers & Acquisitions magazine and named one of the Most

Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A, a recognition she again received in 2017 - 2022. In March 2017, she was recognized as one of 15 Trailblazers by Buyouts Magazine. In 2013, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Los Angeles inducted Ms. Harman into their Hall of Fame.
