The Exceptional Women Alliance Foundation (EWA) announces that after a broad search, Gail Edwards, an independent director, was selected for the Fall 2021 EWA Cohort.
Gail Edwards has served for over 15 years as an independent director. She is known as a performance-focused change agent. She is a skilled negotiator with a distinguished career in spearheading transformative acquisitions, driving operational growth, and structuring and implementing creative financings.

Ms. Edwards is currently the Audit Chair and a Director of TSE listed Neo Performance Materials Inc. She is also a Director and Audit Chair for Toronto based Amica Senior Lifestyles and New York based Victory Holdco which owns Vantage Elevator Solutions.
Ms. Edwards is a successful cycle-tested C-suite executive having held the roles of President, COO, and CFO at numerous multi-billion dollar multi-national companies including most recently The Minto Group, JH Investments, Inc., GC Companies, Inc., and Delaware North Companies.
Ms. Edwards has been recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women, Excellence in the Private Sector and was one of three Founding Members for the fundraising campaign to rebuild the CNIB Lake Joseph Centre.
