Tom Grant is a founder of Grantfin Inc, a blockchain focused investment company.  Previous to founding Grantfin, he was CEO of ILA Capital, an investment manager based in Boston, MA which he founded in 2015.  Before becoming an entrepreneur, Tom was in banking where he spent 20 years in global markets focusing on foreign exchange where he was based in London, Geneva, New York and Boston. He has in depth experience in trading, market making, risk management, structuring and distribution. He has his series 24, 7, 66 and 63 licenses and has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Alabama and a Masters in Applied Mathematics from Oxford. He is a dual US and UK citizen.
